Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using TALOH's recruitment management platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and TALOH Ltd ("TALOH," "we," "us," or "our").

TALOH provides a cloud-based recruitment management platform designed to help recruitment professionals manage leads, clients, candidates, roles, and the entire recruitment pipeline. The Service includes:

• Lead and client relationship management
• Candidate tracking and profile management
• Role and job position management
• Multi-user collaboration tools
• Analytics and reporting features
• Email notifications and reminders

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Be at least 16 years of age

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

TALOH offers various subscription plans with different features and user limits:

• Professional Plan: £29.99/month (or £299.99/year) for up to 30 users
• Enterprise Plan: £49.99/month (or £499.99/year) for up to 50 users

Free Trial:

• New accounts may be eligible for a 7-day free trial
• No payment information required during trial
• Full access to selected plan features during trial period
• Trial converts to paid subscription only after you provide payment details and complete checkout

Billing:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment is processed through our secure payment provider, Stripe
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
• Your subscription will not auto-renew
• No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods
• Your data will be retained for 30 days after subscription end, after which it may be deleted

We do not provide refunds for subscriptions except where required by law or at our sole discretion.

You retain all rights to the data and content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store, process, and display your User Content as necessary to provide the Service
• Create backups and perform necessary technical operations
• Use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and service improvement

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• You will comply with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notices or labels
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on others' rights

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding User Content), is owned by TALOH and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service except for the limited right to use the Service as specified herein.

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily interrupts service
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time
• Update these Terms with notice to users
• Change pricing with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TALOH shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Actions of third parties or issues beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TALOH, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content
• Your violation of any third-party rights

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable data protection regulations.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Cause harm to the Service or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after account termination, subject to our data retention policies and legal obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TALOH regarding the Service.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
